Apple Mail (OSX):

1: Open Mail and Click on >File >Preferences.
2: In the "Account Information" tab change the "Incoming Mail Server" to: pop.gmail.com (red arrow) Fig 15
3: Put in your G-mail username and G-mail password (red arrow) Fig 15
4: Click on the "Advanced" tab.(red arrow) Fig 15>
5: Change the "Port" to: 995(red arrow) Fig 16
6: Put a checkmark in "Use SSL" choice (red arrow) Fig 16
7: Close the box with the Red Dot in the upper left and save when asked to. (red arrow) Fig 16
