PROCEEDURE FOR FORWARDING YOUR DOMAIN MAIL FROM LIGHTLINK
SETTING UP YOUR E-MAIL PROGRAMS

This will allow for great spam/virus filtering without the delays caused by the Barracuda. It is all free and has the added benefit of being a webmail based e-mail client as well as a pop client. This means that you will still be using the program you have been using for mail and your existing mail and address book are still there. In addition, if you travel, you can get your mail from G-mail anywhere you are using any computer with a web browser and Internet access. You keep your existing Lightlink/Online Image e-mail address, it is just "filtered" through G-mail.

You will need to set up a G-mail account for each separate domain entry (unless they aren't Lightlink addresses... those may stay the same) and enter them as below:

1: Go to the Lightlink "User Area" HERE
2: Enter your existing Lightlink User ID and Password, then click "Submit": Fig. 5

3: Choose the "Domain Mail Forwarding" link: Fig 6

4: Choose the domain you wish to change the forwarding on and click "Submit": Fig. 15

5: Enter your new G-mail address in the box to replace the existing lightlink.com address and click (repeat for all lightlink addresses you wish to change) "Submit": Fig. 7

Anywhere it says "your G-mail username", use the name you set up with G-mail.. anywhere it says "your G-mail password" use the password you set up with G-mail.
