Setting up Outlook Express:

- Open Outlook Express and Click on >Tools >Accounts, then choose the Mail tab and Properties: Fig 8

- Choose the "Servers" tab: Fig 9

Change (all marked with a red arrow)
1: Incoming Mail (POP) Server to: pop.gmail.com
2: Change the User Name and Password to your G-mail username and password

Optional: to be able to download your e-mail to more than one computer (I.E.:at home and at the office): put - recent: in front of your ID in your e-mail program

Click on the "Advanced" Tab: Fig 10
1: Change the "Incoming Mail (POP3):" Port number from 110 to 995
2: Put a checkmark in the box in front of "This Server Requires a Secure Connection (SSL)"

Click "OK", Then "Close" to get back to Outlook Express main screen.
